Do you have a first or second draft of a manuscript? Have you been the only one to look at your written work? Are you looking to make sure that all of the pieces fit before you send it to beta readers?
Have you self published a book and now the reviews are coming in and calling out one or two issues that need to be addressed? Do you want to republish your book and address those issues now?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, consider hiring me to be your content editor!
For $.007 a word, I will give your manuscript a thorough content edit.
What content editing is:
Content editing is for making suggestions to plot points. It is to catch timeline issues, out-of-character actions, and overly used words that could take readers out of the story or would require substantial changes to fix the occurrences of these words.
Content editing will also look at pacing and chapter placement.
What content editing is not:
It is not a check on on grammar, spelling, typos, repeated words next to one another, extra spaces, etc. I will, however, let you know how strongly I feel these issues need to be addressed.
You can start the process by clicking the Hire Me tab at the side of your screen.
